The need for employee training
Our company realized the need for training after one case. Our future client was looking for professionals in the field of lubricants who could handle a disputable situation with his suppliers. The head office purchased new tractors and a batch of premium imported oil was purchased for them. But mechanics in the field confused engine oil with transmission oil and poured the latter into the engine. In a day, the engines failed, and the company stopped for a week.
We are saddened by such stories. We do not want them to be repeated. Therefore, we conduct free on-site seminars for you. At such seminars, we teach the client’s technical staff how to understand the intricacies of oil selection and operation. This knowledge allows you to maintain the equipment so that it remains in good working order for as long as possible.
